If you are going to be Doing X Factor 2014 Auditions how do you get the Confidence Factor?.
When it comes to anything like auditions, think job interviews for example, these for some reason are some of the most stressful experiences some people face, so, what to do, if like me you are a little bit nervous, but, really want to audition?.
Firstly, you do not want to let the thought of nerves cause you to miss your chance at going to next years x factor, there are lots of solutions to solve this thought of nerves, first, if you have thought that it could be nerve wrecking, remember, you are no way near even auditioning, so why nervous now?.
Nerves are funny things, they can effect you for no valid reason, so there is no point even being nervous about something in the future that you are yet to do yet, and the chances are if you have auditioned in the past, you would not be nervous for the next time, because you would already know what to expect.
So, you might just be nervous, due to not knowing what to expect come going the first time, and this might be unwarranted, because if you had auditioned in the past you would know it is really nothing to be worried about.
Why?, because the first stage auditions are not even in front of the judges or tv cameras, so you do not need to fear what you see on the tv, you know when we watch the start of x factor series each year it starts, with the judges auditions, but, what happened weeks before that is not shown, aka, the first stages auditions.
And you do not need to be nervous for that part of the competition, because it is not stressful, in the first stages, you basically go to a arena with lots of other people there on the day, talk to people and make friends, put yourself about, and you will have a fun day, and the actually singing part is quite brief and short, just before one of the x factor producers.
So there is no need to be getting worried about being nervous to audition, because the first stages is not something nerve wrecking, and more like a day out where you will meet lots of new friends and talk to lots of different people.
Why?, because in the first stages when you go to the arenas (also called cattle call auditions) you will spend most of the time queuing and standing in lines, you, should more worried about seeing if you can take a light weight fold up chair, so you can at least sit down while standing in queues all day, to get to do a quick and brief rendition of your song before a x factor production staff member, that is not filmed or televised, so there is nothing to actually be worried or nervous about when it comes to the first stages of applying to the x factor next year.
So, it would be great if people do not let any nerves stop them going, as i have read on lots of forums and comments, that people are worried or nervous about trying out next year, when in truth there is nothing to be worried over, you will more then likely have a good day talking to people while queuing, and the actual audition will be the briefest and sometimes less eventful part of the day.
There are also lots of other ways and things you can do to boost your confidence and self esteem as well, which is a good thing to do for anything, to be more confident you need to act a little like confident people do, if you observe these type of people you will see some of there secrets in action.
They are very outgoing, and position themselves up front and lead the way, they will look you in the eye, and offer to shake your hand, they stand up straight, shoulders back etc, and they are concise when they speak, among other things.
Now, it might be impossible to be like that yourself, but you might evaluate some of your weaknesses when it comes to confidence, by comparing yourself to someone who is confident, and find some areas you want to try and build and improve your own self confidence.
And, when it comes down to the first stages of trying out for the x factor, it is like a day out, so you will have practiced your songs in advance in front of friends or family and feel comfortable with your performance, then just go to the tryouts with the aim of enjoying the day, maybe take a small light weight fold up chair and some water and snacks, and have a good day.
You, will meet people in the queue's and it can be interesting to talk to people, i only write this stuff because i have been nervous myself and i know there are other people out there, who might be held back by there nerves also, when sometimes things are not as bad as your nerves would have you believe and it is a bit like stage fright before even going to the stage.
You do not go on stage on the cattle call first stage auditions anyway, just lots of queueing before going before a producer, it is only if you get a Golden Ticket to the later stages before the judges and televised, then you might get a little nervous then!, but not for these first stages these are just more like days out to queue in a arena, and a quick sing.
